Abstract:	本文1主要探討範圍為經濟弱勢學童的教育問題，體認到教育工作者，經常被視為是扮演促進社會向上流動的貴人角色。作者身為基層教育人員，從敘說與經濟弱勢學童相處的經驗；以及親訪李家同教授，探詢他投注弱勢教育的動機與作法；繼而參酌相關研究與國外作法，體察經濟弱勢者常易遭受教育環境「四低一高」的不對等待遇，是故，應積極改善經濟弱勢學童的教育處境，使其與一般學子有對等的機會與實力。
