Abstract:	本文主旨探討教育鬆綁下,深耕學生學習發展能力的觀點與論證.九年一貫課程的整體內容明顯是能力目標導向的課程,目標達成應該被視為教改的關鍵。教育工作者必須調整對基本能力、學系教育、課程與教學、教師專業的看法；基本能力必須由兒童發展脈絡來看，在學校統整課程中落實；學校教育必須重視課程與教學模式的規劃，教師專業必須提升到現場經驗的省思。
