Abstract:	智能障礙學生由於在身體機能、成長發育、心理發展和運動經驗上比起正常學生有發展遲緩或不足的現象，因此其身心健康問題備受重視。啦啦隊活動能建立其運動習慣的養成，獲得運動技能與知識，並提供體能及情緒的表達及發洩管道外，還能與他人互動參與團體活動之機會與動機，非常適合智能障礙者的學習，因此透過啦啦隊活動有助於提升智能障礙者身心發展。
