Abstract:	人的一生當中，其生理與心理都需要不斷地做調適與轉換，身心障礙學生也不例外，在轉銜階段需要長時間的調整與適應，因此在適性的轉銜服務計畫之中，為身心障礙學生規劃並落實轉銜課程的實施與執行就顯得相當重要。本文主題在於國小六年級資源班學生的轉銜課程，針對教學實施過程的成效進行分析與探討，讓實務工作者在進行轉銜課程時能以此實例作為參考並有所啟發。
