    Abstract: 領導者經常進到教學現場,掌握瞭解班級中教與學的真實情況,給予支持,一起協助教師精進教學,是學校領導者的核心關鍵職責。教室走察(Classroom Walk-through, CWT)是一種用以達成上述目的之重要技術與方法,利用經常、短暫、快速、有焦點的方式進到教室進行教學訪視與觀察。本文旨在探討教室走察的意義與要素,同時分析教室走察學理基礎,並採行動研究的方式,以臺北市國民小學推動教室走察的結果,說明學校推動教室走察改進教師教學的成效與策略。
