Abstract:	隨著早期療育意識的普及與聽能輔具科技的進步，今日的聽覺障礙學童擁有學習聽清楚、說明白的更多可能性。然而，當跨出家門或走出個別診療室的大門，聽障學童常會面對因為個人不同程度的聽力損失與言語特質、環境中的背景噪音、距離音源遠近等，而發生聽不清楚或溝通中斷的情況。因此，為協助聽障學童建立溝通的積極主動性，教學者在實務中有效引導聽障學童發展對話修補策略遂愈發顯得重要。
