    Abstract: 諾丁(Nel Noddings)的關懷倫理學(ethics of care)是西方理性傳統下,異軍突起的一支女性主義倫理學,它強調過去在學術上受到壓抑的女性特質(feminine)思維,而以情意作為道德的基礎。在教育上的主張,首重情感的接受與回應,因此對於師生之間「關係」的覺知與經營,是對教師專業的必要要求。身為一位教育工作者,應對下列各方面有認知、反省與實踐的能力,包括:教師如何看待知識;教師如何看待學生;教師如何看待自己;教師如何實踐關懷;經師與人師的關係。
