Abstract:	諾丁（Nel Noddings）的關懷倫理學（ethics of care）是西方理性傳統下，異軍突起的一支女性主義倫理學，它強調過去在學術上受到壓抑的女性特質（feminine）思維，而以情意作為道德的基礎。在教育上的主張，首重情感的接受與回應，因此對於師生之間「關係」的覺知與經營，是對教師專業的必要要求。身為一位教育工作者，應對下列各方面有認知、反省與實踐的能力，包括：教師如何看待知識；教師如何看待學生；教師如何看待自己；教師如何實踐關懷；經師與人師的關係。
