Abstract:	本研究旨在建構適切的國民中學教師正向領導指標系統，並探討其信度、效度、相對權重、重要與可行程度。為達成上述目的，主要係採用相對權重調查與問卷調查法。首先，本研究建構的指標系統包含 4 個構面、12 個向度與 48 個細項指標，具有良好的信度與效度；接著，確立本指標系統之權重值，以「引領正向思維」構面、「思考正面」向度最高；最後，本研究發現，指標系統之重要程度係以「引領正向思維」構面及「思考正面」向度最高，而其可行程度則以「建立正向氛圍」構面及「表達適切」向度最高。
