    Abstract: 本文旨在透過文獻與實例探討德國適性教育教學法之運用。首先介紹德國適
    性教育—「開放式課程」自主學習取向教學概念與緣起,接著探討德國中小學常
    見的兩種開放課程教學設計,分別為「工作站學習法」、「工作坊學習法」,以
    及「自由工作學習法」教學設計,闡釋其課程設計內涵及教學實施流程,並輔以
    中小學教師教學實例,分析說明德國自主學習取向課程與教學特色。文章最後綜
    合整理德國自主學習取向課程之特質與發展,供國內教育實務界參考。
