Abstract:	本文主要在介紹英國1998年設置的進階教師 ( Advanced Skills Teacher ) ，及實施後的一般反應--包括優、缺點及建議等。並由此制度中找出對我國的啟示，尤其是在研擬教師分級制、與教學導師制等方面的意涵。
